Kedarnath

Distance from Gangotri: Approx. 250 km

Travel Time: 8-9 hours (followed by a 16 km trek)

Highlight: A revered Shiva temple, Kedarnath is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas.

Badrinath

Yamunotri

Known for its thermal springs and picturesque surroundings, Yamunotri is the first stop in the Chardham Yatra. Devotees bathe in the Surya Kund before offering prayers.

Gangotri:

Situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi River, Gangotri Temple is where Goddess Ganga descended from heaven, according to Hindu mythology.

Kedarnath

Set amidst snow-clad peaks, Kedarnath Temple is a stunning Shiva shrine accessible via a trek or a helicopter ride.

Badrinath

Located in the Chamoli district, Badrinath Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and attracts pilgrims from all over the world.
Booking Information

Day 1: Begin Your Journey to Yamunotri

Your spiritual journey begins from your pickup location in Delhi, Rishikesh, or Haridwar. Our Chardham Yatra Taxi Service will take you to Barkot via Lakhamandal, a serene and picturesque destination.

Enjoy breathtaking views and local sightseeing as our experienced drivers, who are well-versed in the area, guide you through the route. The first night’s stay will be at Barkot, where you can relax and prepare for the trek to Yamunotri.

Day 2: Yamunotri Darshan

On the second day, we will drive from Barkot to Janki Chatti, the base for the 6-kilometer trek to Yamunotri. You can opt for khachhar, palki, or pithu services for assistance during the trek.

After offering prayers at Yamunotri Dham, we’ll proceed toward Uttarkashi, stopping at the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple en route. Overnight stay will be arranged at Uttarkashi.

Day 3: Uttarkashi to Gangotri

On Day 3, our taxi will take you from Uttarkashi to Gangotri, covering approximately 100 km in about 3 hours. En route, enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of Harshil Valley and Gangnani. Harshil is renowned for its apple orchards and tranquil landscapes.

Once at Gangotri, you can perform your darshan at the holy Ganga Temple without the need for trekking, as the cab drops you right at the temple. After the darshan, we’ll return to Uttarkashi for the night.

Day 4: Uttarkashi to Sonprayag (En Route Kedarnath)

The journey to Kedarnath begins early as we cover the 310 km distance from Uttarkashi to Sonprayag via Chamba, Tehri, Ghansali, Srinagar, and Guptakashi.

Admire the captivating landscapes and scenic routes along the way. Once we reach Sonprayag, you can rest for the night at either Sonprayag or Guptakashi.

Day 5: Trek to Kedarnath Dham

On Day 5, the highlight of your pilgrimage begins with an 18-kilometer trek to Kedarnath Dham from Sonprayag. Trekking enthusiasts can choose to walk, while others may opt for palki, khachhar, or helicopter services.

After reaching Kedarnath and offering prayers at the temple, spend the night in Kedarnath at a hotel or tent, with accommodations starting at very affordable rates.

Day 6: Kedarnath to Sonprayag

Witness a spectacular sunrise in the Himalayas as the golden rays illuminate the snow-capped peaks behind Kedarnath Temple—a sight to cherish for a lifetime. After a serene darshan, the trek back to Sonprayag begins. By evening, you will arrive back in Sonprayag for another overnight stay.

Day 7: Journey to Badrinath

From Sonprayag, the next destination is Badrinath, located approximately 235 km away. The route takes you through picturesque stops like Joshimath and Shankaracharya Math.

The cab will drop you directly at the temple, eliminating the need for trekking. By evening, you will reach Badrinath, where you can rest for the night.

Day 8: Badrinath Darshan and Mana Village

Begin the day with early morning prayers at Badrinath Temple (timings: 4:00 AM – 9:00 PM). After darshan, explore Mana, the last Indian village near the Indo-Tibetan border.

After sightseeing, the journey continues to Rudraprayag, where you will spend the night.

Day 9: Return to Rishikesh and Drop-Off

On the final day, the journey concludes as we head toward Rishikesh. Visit popular attractions such as Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula before being safely dropped at your location in Dehradun, Rishikesh, or Haridwar.
